The Heart Likes Exercize

Exercise is another important part of keeping our heart healthy. The more you exercise the more your muscles and bones become stronger. Remember, your heart is your most important muscle. When you exercise your heart beats faster and gets stronger. To keep your heart healthy you should exercise 30 minutes, 3-4 days out of the week. Exercises that are favored by the heart are ones that keep your heart beating fast like running, jumping rope, biking or playing tennis.
