Ask Jackie Joyner-Kersee what her limits are, and she'll say she has none. As she often tells audiences during her motivational speeches, "The only person who can stop you from reaching your goals is you!"

No Limits: Getting Past Everyday Barriers to Physical Activity
Jackie Joyner-Kersee is a supremely gifted woman who overcame many obstacles to become a champion. This two-time Olympic gold medalist and world champion will share her inspirational story and her advice on how to stay motivated and get past everyday barriers to being physically active.
