In Touch with Women’s Heart Health Screening and Education
Program
Modeled after our very successful In Touch with Heart Health
program (see page 17), this screening and education program will
provide women the opportunity to learn more about their personal
risk for developing heart disease while also helping them plan
for positive change. Following the completion of a gender-specific
risk assessment and heart health screening, participants will
attend an evening heart health presentation by a cardiologist
and dietitian to learn more about what they can do to improve
their heart health. Time, date and location to be determined.
