In Touch with Heart Health
Are you "in touch" with your heart health?
Heart disease kills more Americans than any other condition yet more than half of these deaths could have been prevented. It is never too late to get in touch with your heart health!
The Minneapolis Heart Institute Foundation is proud to sponsor heart health screenings as part of their efforts to create a world without heart disease.
Community screenings provide an opportunity for our community members to understand their personal risk factors for heart disease and learn how to make health changes to reduce their risk.
2012 Community Screenings
