If making a gift in memory or in honor of a loved one, please provide a name and address of the person you would like us to inform of your gift.
Transfer Stock
MHIF welcomes gifts of stock. Please contact Anna Mae Crotty at 612-863-3958 for stock delivery instructions. Please ask that your broker include your name as the donor when processing your gift so that we can promptly acknowledge receipt of your gift. It is important that MHIF is made aware of the transfer when it takes place.
Planned Gifts
Please contact Michael Schroeder at 612-863-3692 to establish a life income gift, notify MHIF about a will provision (bequest), or discuss other types of planned gifts.
Matching Gifts
Many companies will double or even triple your gift. Please check to see if your company will match your gift.
Endowments
Support specific research or educational programs that matter to you. Your donation keeps growing because the principal remains invested to generate income, ensuring predictable funding for the cause you support.
· Founders Endowment: Earnings benefit general research and education.
· Gobel/VanTassel Endowment: Honors Drs. Fredarick Gobel and Robert Van Tassel. Earnings benefit cardiology research.
· Nicoloff Endowment: Honors Dr. Demetre Nicoloff. Earnings benefit surgical research.
· Education Endowment: Earnings benefit community education and service programs.
· Create your own endowed fund to benefit specific research or education initiatives. A minimum of $25,000 is required to establish.
